I am waiting for my full refund from my purchace that did not work out. The laptop seemed to not work well from the beginning and got worse until it was no longer useble. It seemed to have a virus I am asking for a full refund so I can get it replaced. It states I should have received the refund by Sept 1, 2021 and I have not received it. Please check with owner for me.

The laptop was a brand new factory sealed when shipped. The buyer got some virus and wanted to return it for full refund. More than that, the buyer locked the laptop and rejected to provide password. This expensive laptop cannot be used any more because of that! Very bad buyer!
