  The item ordered arrived in perfect condition, fortunately. I think when original packing materials, especially the original box, are unavailable, that an item should be in a box within a box along with packing materials to stiffen any movement of the item in the smaller box. I have ordered items in the past that arrived damaged because the sole box was punctured when something heavy struck it during shipping. The sender did take pains to wrap it very well. Thank you.
