    Item arrived damaged and the box was in terrible condition, seller refused a return, this was a baby prep machine and was a gift so not good really, was advised as new and unsured, the machine had a dent in it, the seller was saying they couldn't see it on the pics even though it was very clear by the condition of the box and the dent in the top of the machine and then told me to claim it bk from royle mail, which I felt wasn't my place to do. Wouldn't recommend this seller.
