  Not impressed with this seller.They took their time to ship it out but delivery was fast. The package arrived beat to all heck and open with dirt falling out of the box.Plant arrived in a ripped shipping bag with no protection, not a plastic pot, not even a stick to to protect the plant. This would have fared better if plant was shipped in a wet paper towel than w/ all the dirt crushing it. Actual plant may be about 8-10" not 12-24" like the ad stated. I really don't expect this plant to survive

  Shipping is same or next day. All of our plant packaging is secure with organic hemp plastic , hemp paper , and tape for max protection. This person plant was hurt during transit and not from me. I have also replaced this client with a new tree. The tree is indeed 6-24inches like it says. I have replaced this buyer with a even bigger sized tree and even more protection in box to guarantee that there is no issue.
