About

Hello,
I am a US Navy Veteran, having enlisted originally in 1996, reporting for boot camp in January of 1997 at Great Lakes and entering the fleet after my A schools and retired in 2007 for medical reasons. I was retired as a Petty Officer Second Class Personnel Specialist and enjoyed my decade-long association with the Navy. Today, I enjoy passing the time by reading and enjoying my music collection and going for pleasure drives in my vintage cars whenever possible. Stay optimistic my pals

Fun album!
This CD is the only way to go to get this album unless you are a vinyl junkie and must have the original LP, which can fetch near 100 dollars in nice shape. Same stuff for a lot less. I paid 9.00 dollars for my CD. This is supposed to be considered by many to be the king of all Exoticia albums, and Nature Boy doesn't let you down!

Excellent trio of albums on this great CD set!
Anything from Enoch Light is great, and these groundbreaking albums from the early Sixties are no different! These 3 great selling albums are reflective of Enoch Light's work in the spectrum of Stereo, then emerging back during that era of the later Fifties to the Early Sixties. Lots of channel seperation and a few ping pong effects thrown in the mix for good humor along with original sounding takes on old familiar songs make these albums stand out, along with their cool covers with their modern art and gatefold jackets, always high quality stuff from one of the early masters of Stereo, Enoch Light!

Is there anyone out there who hasn't heard this already
It is that good in its on groundbreaking way that I will calll this an essential piece of musical listening, and education in popular music of the 1960's and beyond! In the mid-1960's, this album was so popular that it remains something of a thrift shop staple nowdays, there seems to be at least one copy EVERYWHERE you look at records! This of course is a testament to just how fresh and accessible this sound seemed in the mid-1960's and why it was THAT popular then, and as memorable now. I doubt there are few people of intelligence around, young or old, who have not heard even a tiny slice of this album someplace, somewhere in their past. For a million reasons that I don't have the space to write, this is essential listening at least once in your life. Plus once you have heard it, don't tell me you never heard even a slice of it before....somewhere....someplace!
