    Unfortunately the item I received had a large hole in each arm which were definitely made during manufacture. I bought the item in good faith for my grandchildren (aged 3 and 5) and when they returned from holiday several weeks later we unpacked it and tried to inflate it for 2 exited children only to find the 2 large holes. I contacted the supplier asking for a replacement or refund only to be told they can't because it was just over 31 days ( 1 day I think)) .They are now ignoring my emails
