Bad quality item does not appear to be new.
Poor value for money, excessively overpriced for an item that looks like it is old and rusted. It appears there was an attempt to renew the item to cover up the rust and it has been resprayed very badly leading to bubbling, peeling and flaking paint. I wouldn’t recommend and would not pay £5 for it never mind £29.99 please don’t waste your money.
