received the Yuri On Ice dakimakura. it was well packaged but not new in bag. it arrived very fast. the pillowcase had slight markings on it & a small pull in the fabric. i contacted the seller & was given a 20% partial refund. i have to wash the pillowcase & get the marks out but im still happy with the dakimakura as its a design ive not seen anywhere else & i loved the design.
