  I received the item in a timely manner but unfortunately it was broken in shipping. Seller was very prompt in issuing refund and I sent her pictures so she can file a claim with the Post Office. I will keep the product in the box in case she needs it to settle her claim and hopefully recoup some of the money for her time and effort.
