I buy bulk job lots and resell at very low prices.
I list my items at the price to sell, but will look at offers.
I do not appreciate listing an item and being offered half of the listed price or even less.
I am open to sensible offers and will block anyone that insults me with 50% or less, I will also block any none payers, you made the bid or the offer so you need to pay and not 3 days later, or at least make contact.
Postage is always done the next day if not the same day.
