My order was originally scheduled to arrive on 10/16. On the evening of the 14th I called ebay to find out why it hadn't been shipped since the seller did not respond to my email. The representative said she would email the seller but I was not copied on that email. I finally received the item on 10/21. I emailed the seller on 10/11 asking about shipment and I did not receive a response until 10/25.
