    The Victorian fruit basket arrived safely and is exactly as described. I’m very happy with it — $68 feels like excellent value for a pre-1900 piece. Packaging was okay: bubble wrap on the top and bottom, but not taped. Since it’s a wire basket, it made the trip without issue, though it could have been secured a little better. Overall, I’m very pleased with the purchase and feel it was a great value.

    Seller sent the wrong item - gave excuse about having a lot of packaged sales going out at once and provided full refund upon return of incorrect item. Seller appropriately paid Return Shipping fees. Its an understandable, though unfortunate, mistake. I'm deeply disappointed about the mix-up and not getting the item I paid for. We both lost out on this transaction, and I can't bring myself to rate it Positively, thought the Seller absolutely did behave with Integrity and did what they could.

    Good morning, we are very sorry for your disappointment, but the other buyer who received your item was notified that there was a problem with the shipment and that they needed to open a claim to initiate a return. However, since they never responded to the messages and did not return the item, eBay could not do anything, and to this day the buyer has not responded to us. Therefore, as the seller, it is my responsibility to issue a full refund immediately. We are not perfect; we made a mistake
