  Seller was great I received item after a little delay and was exactly what I ordered one major problem after installing in contacted Hunter about how to set it up only to get told this device is basically useless because they don’t support it any more. They basically told to go buy a new fan that has this functionality built in not doing that so buyer beware buying this remote unless u don’t mind using the chains because all it does is turn on off with remote.
