    I love, love, love this beautiful unit. She’s “Lake Blue,” an amazing color…so fashionable 🤩. The hair is beautiful & super soft. She’s a bit shorter than I thought but I’m not very good at eyeing photos & assessing length., Either way, she’s perfect & everything I expected 💜❤️

    The good part was the free shipping and the item worked. Packaging was secure enough and it was almost as described. The resealable pouch was broken. It looked like someone used it already. In addition, shipping time was slow. 7 days was slow. Better if it was 3 to 4. The positive review is for the low price and working item.

    Hi that’s how the packaging came when I received it the ziploc pouch was not broken they did not seal it where you would have to break the seal that way it can be checked before purchasing if on store shelves, to be able to provide free shipping we choose the most economical way and have no control over usps delays, you can always message in the future and pay additional for expedited shipping, we could not provide free expedited shipping on a $8.95 item we already barely made $1.00 after fees
