  Very disappointed! This dress does not look new by any means!!! Looks as though it has been wadded up in a drawer. Also has a bad odor. I would have never paid so much for what looks like a second hand dress.

  Wrong statement. This dress is sold in brand-new condition with a tag, the exact dress you would buy at the store. This dress was folded neatly before it was shipped. The buyer never contacted me regarding any issues before posting the review.

  This gorgeous hat was put in a box that was too small and it was destroyed so I had to return it and I'm very disappointed

  The hat was shipped brand new in its original condition. The buyer is looking for a reason to return this hat. I did take the hat back and paid for return shipping as well. I received the hat and inspected it. Nothing was wrong with the hat, and nothing was destroyed—false claim.
