  The item was faulty & didn’t work, when trying to contact the seller it was requested I am to pay for further cost as their product was faulty. The seller was dismissive and didn’t want to try and assist in anyway. Not what I thought I was paying, waste of money, time & efforts. Additional unneeded stress. EBay have confirmed it’s appalling and will have this seller closed. I just want to make sure no one goes through this same service.

  This buyer requested a full refund and to keep the game. When that was declined the buyer threatened to respond with negative feedback to "destroy my eBay store". After being informed that the item was sold with "no return policy", as are most lower priced items on this platform, I offered for the buyer to return the item for testing, if it was not working the buyer was told they would receive a full refund. The buyer was abusive and threatening and horrible to deal with.
