Does exactly what it's supposed to.
The instructions make it seem difficult when actually it's as easy as 1,2,3! Peel off the cover from mounting tape, stick it on ringer speaker making sure it's touching the upper receiver of handset, Plug in the AC adapter into the base of your wireless headset and you're done! Just test it by pressing the button on your headset. You can adjust the height of the lifting capability but it's usually already set perfectly if bought new.
