    Unfortunately packaging was inadequate (a flimsy envelope) so the brush arrived in 3 pieces. Contacted seller & requested a replacement, they originally agreed to send replacement but then changed their mind as didn’t have any sturdier packaging to send it in, refund given. I appreciated the quick response & refund however am now without the brush which is difficult to find. Just wish seller thought before sending about making sure item arrived in 1 piece
