    I initially received the 5 PTZ cameras that I had ordered in a box with minimal packaging material. Two out of the 5 cameras were damaged from being tossed around, banging against each other inside the box. The motors inside of them no longer worked. I left a negative review detailing this. The seller reached out and made things right, shipping a replacement that was thoroughly wrapped. I very much appreciate that they went above and beyond to solve my issue.
