  I won this auction and received a tracking number and everything. The information never updated after an entire month. When I contacted this seller, they did not respond. They instead refunded me. I was very patient throughout this process and even sent them a kind email just asking when I could receive the item because it was supposed to be a gift for my sister. This experience was highly unprofessional and I would not trust this seller. Although they refund you, they will never respond to you
