I wanted the seller to confirm which address they ship the item to, since I had ordered it twice and not received it. They did not respond, and I chose to order it again, but to an alternative address. Now the local postal service has blocked the package and won't release it, until I have paid an ungodly large fee, because the seller has not filled an IOSS, to prove that I have paid tax. Silence from the seller.
