Reliable, good quality, with some limitations
Works fine for me. No problems with BT pairing. I also use it like music player - from USB key. You can switch between tracks but can't rewind (playing from USB key). Buttons are placed from other side from you, so you can't see which button are you pushing right now. Solution is rotate it upside down in cigarette lighter. You have to talk very loudly to mic when other side want to listen. Blue display is very cool. It shows car on-board voltage after connection, track number when you play music from USB key and actual frequency. It remembers last played song. Played sound is relatively clear without distortion, but you have to tune frequency without any radio station broadcast. I didn't try USB charging, yet. But power should be enough for many devices.

Display with good price vs performance ratio
Display came with small carton box, which include display and harness. Everything ready to use. Display view angles and soldering are pretty good. Pixel density is acceptable. I think, that 65K color is enough for everybody, who don't require dificulty graphic applications. I just lunched demo application on my STM32F103 dev kit and works well. Compilation was done without any errors. I have only one note, regarding display library. Is very simple or I can say, contains only basic display operations. If You want to do more, You will have to search another library somewhere on internet or merge a few libaries to one. Display is well docummented and datasheets are available on waveshare pages. If You want to display some graphic images, they have to be converted to 5:6:5 RGB format. Display response is fast, even if refreshing all 128x128 px will take a few miliseconds and you can see some kind of display blinking. I don't know how it is about reliability by the time, but for my purpose it is display with good price vs performance ratio.
