  The seller was very helpful when I received the wrong item in error, and his communication was stellar when working out the refund and return process.   This is my revised feedback as my original comments were totally incorrect. My original comments related to what I can now say relates to the way that Starlink boxes and packages their original equipment, not Norris Technology. What I received from Norris was as described. My apologies to Norris! They have been very helpful and responsive with their follow up.

  We are sorry to hear this. All of our items listed as New are factory sealed and unopened prior to shipment. We do not repackage or sell open-box items as new. We noticed that you did not reach out to us before leaving this feedback. If something happened to the seal or packaging, it must have occurred during transit. Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we are always more than willing, to correct any issues when given the opportunity.

  I'm leaving positive feedback because the keyboard arrived quickly and it was a great deal, BUT the packaging was terrible. The keyboard was in a cardboard box with no protection, and one end of the box had come loose. The delivery driver asked me if everything was still there. The keyboard and cable were there, so I said I think so. With nothing to buffer the keyboard inside the box, I am sure it took a beating before getting to me. Package better and you'll be a top-notch seller.

  Came packaged well and despite UPS trying to test my needs for instant gratification, was delivered in a timely manner. Was a good price for a used board, although it is DOA. This was a risk with a very explicitly stated description (seller was very up front about this), but I figure it can still be debugged through or used for spare parts at the very least. Thank you!
