This was a mixup that occurred during a family emergency. As soon as I realized, I sent item to buyer 100% free, for the inconvenience. BUYER WAS SATISFIED & wanted to correct this feedback to reflect the positive resolution. By the time I got his email reaching out to update the feedback, the unreasonably short time eBay policy allows it to be done had expired. So inaccurate feedback remains due to this technically that eBay management could've corrected manually but refused to do so.
