  Excellent service. Yea a sprue was missing at first but they responded as soon as they saw my message and did send the correct missing sprue out fast enough for me to get it in that same week. Good experience overall.

  The mini came as promised and in excellent condition. Everything was in good quality and contained everything but the box, which is how I prefer it. There was no breakage from the sprues and it appears great. I appreciate the value I get by forgoing the box and excess packaging. Everything was well packaged and arrived on time.

  Shipped quickly and communicated well, but packaging was a padded envelope rather than a box, which resulted in some of the on-sprue pieces being damaged en route. If this was a more delicate item with important fine detail, that may have presented more of a problem. Additionally arrived with some crumpling of the cardboard sheet containing tokens, but the tokens themselves were not damaged. Otherwise, everything arrived as described and very quickly!
