This seller marked themself out of town for almost a month after I ordered my item. After two weeks of no communication or shipping updates, I ordered elsewhere and requested a refund. Wouldn t you know, they suddenly shipped the item and now I have extra product that I don t need. All still with zero communication. That s a shady practice and I wouldn t recommend that anyone have to deal with it. Based on their feedback, it appears that I am not the first one either.

I purchased this mini fireplace on November 10. The seller was out of town but the estimated delivery date I received was November 14. It is now December 4 and I still have no product but my card was charged. I have reached out to the seller numerous times with no response and was never sent any tracking information. I received an automated message November 26 saying the seller was out of town AGAIN until December 8. I ended up having to dispute the issue through PayPal and won. DON’T BUY HERE!
