The seller was incredible with their comms. Despite the delay - I was kept informed every step of the way and I couldn't ask for more. Extremely helpful prior to purchase making sure I had the right oil, frequent updates about status of order and once they had the item from their supplier I was informed and received the oil the next day. Not sellers fault but note Royal Mail state it can take 10 days after the estimated delivery date to arrive…..
