    5 STARS to this SELLER ALL DAY LONG The unit arrived via UPS like it was used as a football. The unit would not work using the RCA inputs for TV and the remote was missing because the package had a hole in it. I let the seller know and he/she went out of his/her way to correct the situation. He/she is a great communicator and we were able to resolve the situation quickly. It was not his/her fault, UPS deserves a Zero on this shipment. UPS has not contacted either of us, no matter what we do.
