  hi i always refund on items that don't arrive, my intention was to do it today once getting back from my dads, even though you had not actually asked me to as I was still waiting to see if it arrived .And as I'm busy looking after my father who is terminal ill . but hey ho just ruin my feedback for an item that did not arrive although its not my fault .
