    Seller shipped drive with insufficient packaging. It was in a flat mailer with a small piece of thin bubble wrap around it. Drive is damaged and does not work as a result. I would have gladly paid a few more bucks for better packaging. Drive was listed as used which means working. I contacted the seller to give them a chance to make it right and they did not respond. It's cheap enough that this isn't worth fighting with a case. So they took my money. Don't buy hard drives from this person.
