    The Dell Latitude E5520 was undersold and overdelivered. The computer was listed as parts but fully worked with minor damage. I was able to repair the minor damage and was able to upgrade it. The seller refurbished the battery for me all of a sudden, and it shows the man is actually quite nice. The packaging was rudimentary but it did hold up in shipping. The shipping was a bit expensive and it was delayed by a day or two but overall, the value here is at utmost quality. I recommend the seller.

    The seller canceled saying the card was damaged, but they might list another one later and would let me know. That didn't happen. I suspect the seller realized they'd let this card go to cheap and wanted to relist at a higher price. Either way, I paid, the seller never shipped the card, and I got a refund. I probably won't be buying from them again, but who knows.
