    There was a problem but packrat treasures took care of that. This transaction really underlines the fact that American sellers are very customer friendly. So anothe positve transaction. The signs are a perfect combination with other things I have (please see the photos). I bought 2 because I have pedestrian push buttons and pedestrian traffic light inserts (GE).     The seller canceled saying the card was damaged, but they might list another one later and would let me know. That didn't happen. I suspect the seller realized they'd let this card go to cheap and wanted to relist at a higher price. Either way, I paid, the seller never shipped the card, and I got a refund. I probably won't be buying from them again, but who knows.
