    Coffin came missing curtains and Tv, But is in very good condition,Doll’s rubber bands in her hair are in shambles,shoes are sticky,but everything else is good,The box was nice for crafting,doll and coffin were most likely played with,but seem alright,they look almost brand new,working on repairing them

    Hi! I want to say that I'm sorry to hear you weren't happy with your Draculaura. I wish you would have reached out to me first. I always try to make things right, through a refund or a return. Also, I just want to clarify a few things for future reference: the rubber bands in her hair were shown clearly in the photos, and her condition was in the description. As for missing items. the coffin was factory sealed with original tape, so I was unaware of missing parts. Thanks for feedback :)
