  I gave the item description 1 star because, I received resealed item with no doll inside and 1 star shipping cost because the doll came in a box too small for the dolls container size, it was smooshed and no protection like bubble wrap. 1 star for communication too because they couldn’t understand why I was mad at my package and accused ME of scamming, removing the doll and accessories when that’s what they did to me. Scamming, I don’t recommend buying from them!

  This was an unfortunate incident, where we were not informed that the product was actually missing. We were only accused of being scammers and messing with the packaging. Over 500 items in and we can count on one hand the amount of dissatisfied customers. We would never risk our reputation by committing a scam that so easy to document. Again, this was an unfortunate incident and it’s always easier on everyone when the transaction goes smoothly.
