As Seen on TV Handy Can Opener Automatic One Touch Electric Battery-Operated

Had a similar can opener from a different manufacturer that bit the dust after a mediocre run of opening cans. The old opener seemed to run at half strength all the time and peter out sometimes at the end of the cycle. I also had to press the start button numerous times to get it to completely open a can. My new red Handy Can Opener, however, is just the opposite. It opens cans at a zippy steady pace from start to finish. It's very simple to use, just place it on top of the can and push a button. Viole, it does the rest. I don't have to press the start button multiple times. At the end of the cycle the lid is off and adhered to the opener via a magnet. Makes disposal of the lid easy, clean and neat. Only slightly negative is these types of openers are a tad noisy. I actually like listening to and watching the action and don't miss silently hand cranking can tops. Very, very happy with this model/manufacturer. I'll definitely reorder this brand if and when needed.

Better than you fingers
I was really surprised that such a simple tool could be so effective. This was recommended by my accupressurist who prefers it over the plastic types. The concept is simple, apply pressure to the proper sore spots. The only problem I encountered was slippage - I have to concentrate somewhat when applying the Knobble because it can slip away from the sore spot your working on. It is more effective and less tiring than finger or thumb pressure. I was also advised by my accupressurist not to rely on rotating my wrist when applying pressure but rather hold the knobble firmly on the desired spot with a stationary wrist and massage with arm motiion. All in all I am very pleased. I doubt it will wear out but if it does I would purchase it again.

Shipping was prompt and item arrived in perfect condition. Compared to other similar products this one seems like a great deal. Price was great and reviews were good. I got it as a gift so I can't speak to it's function.
