    The shampoo and conditioner arrived as described and well packaged. However, I ordered it on the 9th. I didn’t see anything by the 15th so I checked tracking and it had not been shipped yet. I contacted seller and asked for an update. They did not respond, but did send it out that night. I finally received the order on the 19th. What should’ve taken only four days to arrive, ended up taking ten, without any communication from seller, hence the reason for my one star ratings.
