  Quick to ship and quick to respond. USPS seems to have lost it, sent it to the other side of the country, rerouted it, lost it again, and when it showed up days late the box was crushed. When I sent a message, with pictures before and after opening, I received a response much faster than expected. The response was very polite, apologetic for the issue with USPS, and the refund was sent within a few moments. While I was was disappointed with USPS, that wasn't the seller's fault.
