  Item arrived very late, but this was not the seller's fault as USPS was delayed. The item was in perfect condition and the packaging was not damaged. The seller was very helpful in working with USPS to get the item delivered. High quality seller, would purchase from them again.

  They came with 2 damaged spots to the cord. One was already wrapped in electrical tape, the other was not. When I looked back at the original listing these were not in any of the item photos nor were they mentioned in the description. When I messaged seller to ask they said it was damaged in shipping and to file a claim with the postal service for reimbursement. Riiiiigggghhhhtttt because the post man carries electrical tape on his route and opens packages to make sure they don't need repair.
