    Seller sent an offer for this item which I accepted & paid, seller then cancelled & refunded without any contact or explanation. Dissappointing that Ebay treats buyer offers as binding, but allows sellers to cancel their offer after buyer acceptance & payment.

    I'm sorry to hear you were disappointed. I did message you at the time to explain that the item was unfortunately unavailable, which is why I issued an immediate refund. As a small seller, I was equally disappointed to lose the sale and certainly never intended to cause any frustration. I always aim to provide clear communication and a smooth experience, and I regret that this one didn’t meet expectations.
