    Item was a vintage delicate ceramic tissue box. Unfortunately between listing item and it selling, a crack had developed on front right side. I always inspect items thoroughly before shipping them out to ensure items are delivered as described in listing. I immediately refunded buyer and apologized numerous times. I understand buyer was disappointed, but I feel that I provided excellent customer service.
