    I apologize that I did not notice the minor issue -it was definitely not intentional-it is not easy taking photos by urself with an iPad-u were refunded immediately and the actual photos from eBay are posted with the listing now-the item was authenticated by EBay as an authentic item with minor issue found. My apologies
