They do glow in the dark
For all the reviews saying they dont glow and been in the sun all day, this technology doesn't work like that....its not a solar panel ! Your best bet to get them to glow: Wait for it to get dark, run a torch down the length of the guy for a few seconds to charge them, then they will glow !, keep topping up with the torch if they start to go dim....simple.
