    My order was supposed to arrive by June 16, 2025 and it still does not have a tracking number. I’ve made two attempts to contact the seller, but have not gotten a response. I purchased an item for a birthday present, and now I have nothing to give and will have to give a late gift to my son! This is devastating to me as well as extremely disappointing. Now I need to figure out what the next step is in order to get a refund. But I would rather just get an apology & explanation.
