This customer is entitled to feel a little annoyed with their experience, by all means, but unfortunately I don't control the post. The customer omits that they did not pay full price for what was a cheap item in the 1st place, and also omits that they received a full refund before I attempted to resend the item. I don't know why they didn't receive either card and I've not had them returned by the post as not delivered, and they weren't advertised on a tracked service.
