    Bought 2 separate 4TB HDD. Very unhappy with the product. Both advertised as USB 3.1 / USB 3.2 but both only had speed of USB 1. Contacted seller. They fed me some rubbish about sending another 2 replacement drives. Kept asking questions but getting no real answers, or the same answers with no actual information. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SELLER. I HAVE ASKED FOR A REFUND BUT NOTHING YET. SO DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.
