Device did come with some software side that needs to be updated or modified but overall with those changes it works just like one brand new. Shipping is fast and well packaged.     If you are planning to buy a Bose Bluetooth speaker from this seller watchout ! If you are buying one that they say has never been tested beware! On many of these units the battery just goes bad, or it needs a software update you can do on your computer. I have the skills to fix many of the problems with these speakers . When trouble shooting I opened the unit and all the wiring was cut in half! They sell many of these saying they have not been tested. Selling the 1s they trashed as not tested
