They generated shipment label within 2 days of purchase but did not mail until a week later. They did not answer my message. So, I left negative feedback on their store, not the product, and they finally mail it out. I can respect that oversights occur. But, the least they could’ve done was acknowledged their mistake and apologize. Otherwise, I would’ve given them positive feedback. That said, I will no more recommend, than not recommend. You may want to work on your customer services skills.
