    BEWARE! This seller has listed as NEW! condition, unused. THIS IS 100% NOT AS DESCRIBED, Being a water filter, it is so very important that it is NEW and unused. But has arrived and has been used several times! Cartridge is discoloured, mouldy, dirty. Bag is marked. Plastic has multiple scratches. even the label is dirty. So basically what I have is a used bag not a brand new water filter. Very fraudulent,in damaged box so it looked as though cheaper due to this. No returns accepted, No response
