I bought these on 1st Aug for an event on 7th Aug, but by this date they were not even shown as sent. I opened a refund request on 8th Aug explaining that they hadn't been sent and the event they were needed for had passed. Rather than issue the refund the seller sent them on 8th Aug even though I'd told him it was too late. He waited until I opened a case before sending!? Item is fine, but comms, dispatch time, customer service etc all very poor.
