  DISHONEST SELLER ALERT !!! I paid for a "NEW, NEVER USED" cell phone but I received a Used OPEN BOX RETURN with data use time on the clock. I suggested a 15 % discount to bring it into the correct price range for an open box return but got no response from the seller.   Item came with a pretty large pull in the fabric. Did not even discuss with the seller after they failed to answer a message when my package failed to show up on time. Lesson learned do never purchase from seller again. Anyone else I would have returned the damage item.
